Our Projects

RCDII meets with local community leaders and individual families to learn about the prospective communities. RCDII also partners with academic institutions, faith-based organizations and other non-profit charitable organizations to assess the needs of each community. All parties then work together to develop a service plan, set specific goals and determine the available assets and resources. RCDII staff then establishes a project plan that utilizes local resources and organization funds to produce results. These projects include: school buildings, healthcare centers, clean drinking water and sanitation projects.
